- In-stock items are typically processed and delivered within 8 to 10 days from the date of purchase.
- Out-of-stock items are made-on-demand bags that can still be ordered and will be delivered within 4 to 6 weeks of placing the order.
This extended lead time is due to the nature of our craftsmanship. Each bag is handcrafted from scratch, beginning with the dyeing of leather laces, followed by manual weaving of the bag body and braiding of handles. This meticulous process ensures exceptional quality and lasting beauty.
You will receive a shipment notification email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Carriers
DHL is our primary shipping partner, chosen for its reliable and timely service worldwide.
If DHL is unable to deliver to your region or area, we will arrange shipment through the local postal network or another trusted courier service to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are free. We offer free international shipping on all orders, regardless of your location.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
DHL Express (International): 3 to 7 business days, depending on your destination.
Alternative carriers: Delivery times vary depending on region and service availability.
While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, or other events qualifying as Force Majeure).
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Note: We ship to all destinations with shipping terms of duty and taxes unpaid (DTU). Customs authorities will collect any applicable duties and taxes via the shipping partner at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
Service Limitations
If DHL cannot provide service, we will automatically use a suitable alternative shipping method to fulfill your order.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), unless otherwise specified.
Damages and Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged shipment, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and product. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
In the case of a lost shipment, we will work with the carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
