Are these Dragon Diffusion bags?

No, we are not Dragon Diffusion. Our brand is ALTICA (Artisans & Leather Technologists of India Co-operative Association). We are a collective of skilled artisans and leather technicians who handcraft high-quality woven leather bags using genuine burnished leather.

We’re not resellers—we are the original weavers and manufacturers, so our pricing reflects true craftsmanship with minimal markup.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer gift wrapping on request. Please mention it at checkout or message us after placing your order.


How should I care for my bag?

All leather products are sensitive to moisture. Please do not expose your bag to rain or water. Certain bright colors may bleed if exposed to moisture. Store your bag in a cool, dry place, and avoid prolonged sun exposure.


What sizes are available?

Most of our bags are available in Mini, Small, Medium, Big and Jumbo sizes; however, sizes vary from model to model. If you need a specific size, please inquire with us for exact availability.


What are the delivery charges?

We offer Free International Shipping on all orders—no hidden fees or shipping costs at checkout.


Do I have to pay customs duties or VAT?

Customs Duties: We cover customs duties for orders shipped to the EU.

VAT or Local Taxes: Any VAT or local import taxes (where applicable) must be paid by the customer directly to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.

DTU (Duties & Taxes Unpaid): All international shipments are sent under DTU terms, which means the recipient may need to handle applicable import charges at delivery.

When will I receive my order?

In-stock items are typically delivered within 8 to 10 days from the date of purchase.

Out-of-stock items are treated as made-on-demand orders and are usually delivered within 4 to 6 weeks of dispatch. These items are handcrafted from scratch, involving the dyeing of leather laces, weaving of the bag body, and braiding of handles to ensure premium quality.

Delivery times may vary based on your country, shipping partner availability, and customs processing.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events. Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

However, if your package is lost, we will provide a replacement bag, subject to your full cooperation in assisting with the carrier's investigation and claim process.
